Lee’s Environmental built its own custom confined space and spill response unit. The handy box trailer can be attached to our vehicles at a moment’s notice so we can be on site ASAP for urgent spills, overflows and related issues. In line with out commitment to 24/7 emergency service, we wanted to ensure we could respond to our customers’ emergencies in the shortest timeframe possible. We can achieve one hour response times to most suburbs in South East Queensland!

The Spill Response Unit is capable of deal with a myriad of emergency waste management issues including septic tank overflows, overflowing grease traps, sewage spills, fuel spills (both diesel cleanup and unleaded cleanup), sewer overflows, oil spills, and septic and grease spills. Some common scenarios where these spills occur is for workshop cleanup and car accidents.

The Confined Space Entry trailer is equipped for confined space entry, including safety tripod, safety harnesses, ladders, life lines, full arrest, full PPE gear (Personal Protective Equipment), and breathing apparatus for confined spaces with low oxygen or poisonous gases.

The dual purpose trailer is also stocked with equipment and supplies for cleaning up waste spills including degreaser, brooms, squeeges, spill kits, disposable cleanup bags, soaker rolls and absorption supplies.

To ensure we can provide service in all types of conditions, the confined space/spill response trailer also includes a generator for sites without power, lighting, and a purging and extraction fan for drawing fresh air from outside into confined spaces or removing harmful gasses from inside tanks.
